We serve parents of the District of Columbia and Prince George's County school systems. However, we are committed to working with any parent in need of our services regardless of their regional location.
WHY WE SUPPORT PARENTS
· Parents are the ones uniquely positioned to catapult their children’s education to the highest levels because they know their children best and they care the most. However, parents can lack the know-how to make the best decisions about their children’s education because they are:
· intimidated by their lack of expertise
· well-informed, but need help communicating effectively with school staff.
· Reliance on local government agencies and schools to assume the responsibility of raising and educating children is unsustainable.
That’s why we developed the Parent Support Services Network (PSSN)
Parent refers to any adult legally responsible for the education of a child.
